We are building a natural language app development platform that empowers entrepreneurs and small businesses to easily create their dream web & mobile applications - leveraging LLM code generation capabilities.
For years, app development has been a costly venture, often costing tens of thousands of dollars. This has prevented many ideas from being developed and hindered startups from making decisive pivots that could have saved them. We are changing that.
We are at an exciting stage of our journey, having successfully raised our pre-seed from Entrepreneur First (backed by the founders of DeepMind, LinkedIn, Stripe, etc.), and looking to scale to $1M ARR in 2024.
Our ambition: make app development 100x more affordable and provoke an explosive growth of apps to serve every niche, everywhere.

We are looking for one of Europe’s most talented AI engineer  to help us build the future of software development. You will work on a cutting-edge code generation pipeline involving the orchestration of both LLMs and an external group of developers reviewing LLM generated code.

✨ About the role
We believe that small and passionate teams have the ability to change the world, which is why we plan to build one of Europe’s most stellar AI engineering team. As the first employee, you will be key to the success of the company. No team in the world ever built a system close to what we are building: you will be at the forefront of the current generative AI revolution and will make a huge impact on the field of software development.
You will lead the development of the experimentation pipeline, collecting metrics over the thousands of LLM calls of our LLM code generation pipeline
You will be responsible for optimizing our LLM pipeline by applying SOTA prompt engineering optimization techniques based on the metrics collected from the experimentation pipeline
You will architect LLM-agnostic solutions to better serve current and future needs, in a fast moving and diverse field (we currently use GPT-4 but that may change in the future)
You will be responsible for your work from A to Z: it goes from working on the architecture & coding features to monitoring releases' performance
You will get fast feedback from our users and other members of the team. You will iterate quickly. You will follow the usage of the product and make decisions based on that
You will closely work with Lucas (CTO), to learn and together build word’s most efficient app development system

You have experience in software engineering and full-stack app development
You are familiar with state of the art LLM prompt engineering techniques (code generation is a bonus)
You have some experience with Deep Learning
You are always the most pragmatic person in the room. You favor speed of iteration over perfection, always leverage frameworks and libraries to avoid reinventing the wheel.
You have a strong sense of ownership. You take initiative and you are at ease to make product & technical decisions.
You’re curious, are comfortable with explaining or learning depending on the situation. We highly value knowledge sharing and humility.
You are fluent in English (French is not required!)
